After having played for 5 minutes, Bruno Oliveira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tardariz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Oliveira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hugo Ferro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gil Tavares in the 6th minute of the match. Diamantino Nogueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Morais in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Humberto Valente saved Tardariz from getting behind. After a rather tough play, SC Portomar's Pedro Bessa got a free kick in the 19th minute. SC Portomar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tardariz the free kick. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardo Morais made a kick off. After a rather tough play, SC Portomar's Rui Guarda got a free kick in the 51st minute. Humberto Valente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Morais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tardariz's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bernardo Morais 87 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. Humberto Valente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Morais in the 98th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tardariz had won after a very even match.
