The referee gave SC Gramatinha a penalty, 9 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Alfredo Leite, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Azambujeira FC's Adolfo Guerreiro. 1-0. In the 15th minute Vicente Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Guerreiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sérgio Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. A collision led to Azambujeira FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Carlos Mota hit a great ball. Jorge Antunes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Macedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adolfo Guerreiro came out of the goal and João Viana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of SC Gramatinha booed when Azambujeira FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sérgio Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 66 minutes, David Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After 93 played minutes Daniel Alves rounded SC Gramatinha's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. The Azambujeira FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented SC Gramatinha from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
