In the 10th match minute, Morlenas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vítor Assis to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Barbosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrique Andrade in the 14th minute of play. Ousseira FC's Francisco Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gil Brito in the 16th minute of play. Miguel Barbosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by António Esteves in the 19th minute. Miguel Barbosa was a little too slow when Henrique Andrade got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 1-0. António Esteves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Henrique Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Afonso Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Aleixo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Francisco Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gil Brito in the 44th minute of play. Gil Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Carneiro having to interfere.

After a defensive mix-up in Ousseira FC's zone, Afonso Barbosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francisco Carneiro came out of the goal and Afonso Barbosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fernando Reis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Francisco Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gil Brito struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Francisco Carneiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Morlenas. Afonso Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Afonso Barbosa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Francisco Carneiro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Francisco Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Reis, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Henrique Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ousseira FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Henrique Andrade was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Barbosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 78 minutes into the match, Morlenas's goal looked a bit too open when Henrique Andrade came free, but Miguel Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Nuno Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ousseira FC's Francisco Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gil Brito in the 82nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gil Brito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Francisco Carneiro was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. António Esteves struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Miguel Barbosa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ousseira FC. Fernando Reis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ousseira FC had won after a very even match.
