Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Amílcar Paredes started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Vicente Correia could shoot a difficult shot in the 6th minute, which Ricardo Maia however easily saved by the left post. In the 7th match minute, Lavegadas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Gaspar to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Caruncho FC's goalkeeper Catarino Viana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Lavegadas FC's Emanuel Oliveira in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Caruncho FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Henrique Trindade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, Luís Vieira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lavegadas FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luís Neto in the 20th minute. Lavegadas FC's Emanuel Oliveira was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Catarino Viana in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Emanuel Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Catarino Viana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henrique Trindade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Catarino Viana having to interfere. After 24 played minutes Lavegadas FC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Oliveira. Catarino Viana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonçalo Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Henrique Trindade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Catarino Viana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lavegadas FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Amílcar Paredes 32 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Catarino Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Oliveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lavegadas FC's Henrique Trindade got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 42nd minute, Henrique Trindade ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Catarino Viana was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Oliveira to strike the kick off in the second half. If Vicente Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Lavegadas FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Gonçalo Amaral hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henrique Trindade got free with Catarino Viana in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Caruncho FC's Marco Baptista got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 69th minute, Paulo Gaspar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernardo Pinheiro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ricardo Maia. Lavegadas FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ricardo Maia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amílcar Paredes in the 84th minute of the match. Gonçalo Amaral hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Bernardo Pinheiro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ricardo Maia. Lavegadas FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Emanuel Oliveira struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Catarino Viana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lavegadas FC. Catarino Viana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henrique Trindade went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score.
