Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alfredo Lopes kicked off to start the match. Alfredo Lopes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Santos having to interfere. In the 5th minute Alfredo Lopes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bernardo Gueifão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Humberto Nogueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Araújo, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Eduardo Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Lopes in the 20th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mealhas's Gil Campos got a free kick in the 21st minute. Alfredo Lopes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Eduardo Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mealhas's Eduardo Santos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Mealhas from getting a goal against them. André Antunes was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 40th minute. SC Fernandilho's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The audience was convinced that Bernardo Gueifão's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Humberto Nogueira was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, SC Fernandilho's Gil Morais got a free kick in the 45th minute.

The wind increased when Sérgio Lopes made the kick off in the second half. Álvaro Amaro took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eduardo Santos. Eduardo Santos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Sérgio Lopes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Humberto Nogueira. That made the score 1-1 in the 62 minute of play. Eduardo Santos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Álvaro Amaro's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. After 69 minutes, Daniel Queirós mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Fernandilho and the Mealhas players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to SC Fernandilho getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Cristiano Setúbal hit a great ball. 74 minutes in the game, Bernardo Gueifão fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Humberto Nogueira having to interfere. Sérgio Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Humberto Nogueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sérgio Lopes in the 77th minute of the match. With a little luck, SC Fernandilho's Humberto Nogueira got control of the ball when Bernardo Gueifão tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Sérgio Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Raul Bessa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mealhas's supporters rose to their feet, but Raul Bessa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Humberto Nogueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sérgio Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
