Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Heitor Campos started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vasco Almeida in the 4th minute of play forced Papadussos FC's goalkeeper Abel Paredes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Papadussos FC's José Vale got a free kick in the 5th minute. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Vasco Almeida sped through Papadussos FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Abel Paredes. Abel Paredes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasco Almeida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vasco Almeida scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abel Paredes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpected shot in the 19th minute by José Vale got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Heitor Faria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heitor Campos, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. José Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heitor Faria having to interfere. In the 28th match minute, Sandoeira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Viegas to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, José Vale managed to get in a good position for a shot. Papadussos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but José Vale was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Heitor Faria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 31 minutes into the match, Sandoeira FC's goalkeeper Heitor Faria had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Vale. When Hugo Nogueira fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sandoeira FC's protests and gave Hugo Nogueira a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Papadussos FC booed when Sandoeira FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Nogueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Francisco Gomes fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sandoeira FC's protests and gave Francisco Gomes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 39th minute, one of Sandoeira FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sandoeira FC. When the match had been going on for 42 minutes, Papadussos FC's Lucas Domingues got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Heitor Faria. José Vale could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Heitor Faria made a huge save. Heitor Faria made an important save on a dangerous shot by José Vale in the 47th minute. If José Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Papadussos FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sandoeira FC were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vasco Almeida to make the kick off. Carlos Amaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Paredes having to interfere. José Vale might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Heitor Faria. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. José Vale ran back to his position shaking his head. Heitor Faria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Heitor Campos hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Francisco Gomes from long distance, 63 minutes into the match, got Abel Paredes's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The supporters of Sandoeira FC booed when Papadussos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Domingues didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abel Paredes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasco Almeida in the 66th minute of play. José Vale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 70 minutes, Manuel Viegas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sandoeira FC and the Papadussos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sandoeira FC's goalkeeper Heitor Faria, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Sandoeira FC's zone, José Vale stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heitor Faria came out of the goal and José Vale tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Heitor Campos kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Papadussos FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Francisco Gomes was slow to take the kick. During this time Sandoeira FC's players had a chance to rest. 94 minutes into the game, Heitor Campos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Papadussos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sandoeira FC the free kick. A collision led to Papadussos FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Heitor Campos hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the match, Sandoeira FC's Francisco Gomes broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Sandoeira FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
