Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Basílio Barros took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Adolfo Viana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. António Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Gonçalves in the 7th minute of the match. Ribeiras's António Mota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basílio Barros in the 9th minute of play. Ribeiras's Adolfo Viana got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SC Cervos's Basílio Barros got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Simão Sousa came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Ribeiras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Simão Sousa couldn't finish the play. After 26 minutes, António Nascimento mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Cervos and the Ribeiras players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ribeiras booed when SC Cervos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. António Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabriel Domingues, 27 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, Ribeiras's Catarino Brás got a free kick in the 30th minute. Basílio Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. António Mota tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ribeiras's Domingos Guarda got a free kick in the 39th minute. After 42 minutes of play, SC Cervos's Basílio Barros made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. António Mota was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Basílio Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th match minute, SC Cervos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. The Ribeiras players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SC Cervos were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adolfo Viana stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. António Mota made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when António Nascimento sent off a good shot on target. If Adolfo Viana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Basílio Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Cervos's supporters rose to their feet, but Basílio Barros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. António Mota breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hugo Gonçalves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but António Mota made a huge save. Xavier Moniz hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Ribeiras's Gabriel Domingues couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 69th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SC Cervos. When Simão Sousa, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 72 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Daniel Viegas was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. A collision led to Ribeiras getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Afonso Aleixo hit a great ball. If Simão Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Gueifão charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Gueifão the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hugo Gonçalves who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of António Mota when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 90th minute, David Gueifão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Simão Sousa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daniel Viegas having to make a save. António Nascimento got his second yellow card in the match during the 94th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 94th match minute, SC Cervos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SC Cervos had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
