Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cristiano Campos made the kick off and thus started the match. Gonçalo Valente's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Filipe Tavares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ovar's goalkeeper André Mendes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. André Mendes stood somewhat misplaced when Filipe Assis came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 20 minute. Ricardo Nunes's late challenge caught a SC Perelada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ricardo Nunes helped the player get up and apologised. Filipe Assis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Mendes having to interfere. Gonçalo Valente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ovar's Gonçalo Valente in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Perelada's goalie prevented a goal. 40 minutes into the match, SC Perelada's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Campos came free, but Filipe Tavares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filipe Tavares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Campos in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Ovar's goalkeeper André Mendes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Álvaro Porto. In the 44th minute Filipe Assis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Mendes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

André Mendes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filipe Assis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 54 minutes, Cristiano Campos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ovar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristiano Campos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 55th minute, Gonçalo Valente ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filipe Tavares was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristiano Campos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Filipe Tavares. That made the score 1-3 in the 60 minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Cristiano Campos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. André Mendes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filipe Assis in the 80th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ovar's Ricardo Nunes got a free kick in the 81st minute. André Mendes came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by SC Perelada's Álvaro Porto. But to his dismay, Álvaro Porto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. Gonçalo Valente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joaquim Sousa hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute, Fernando Veiga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The SC Perelada fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ovar were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
