Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Gaspar Veiga hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 4th minute of the match Marco Reis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but David Viegas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 5 minutes, António Lima mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Mioma and the SC Ceras players grew even worse after the yellow card. When SC Ceras's Pedro Aleixo in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Mioma's goalie prevented a goal. In the 7th minute, Gustavo Brás hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Sebastião Ferreira managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Mioma's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastião Ferreira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lúcio Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedro Aleixo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Viegas having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in SC Mioma's zone, Hugo Alves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Viegas came out of the goal and Hugo Alves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Alves in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Viegas saved SC Mioma from getting behind. Pedro Aleixo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in SC Mioma's zone, Basílio Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Viegas came out of the goal and Basílio Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 22 minutes into the match, SC Mioma's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Alves came free, but David Viegas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustavo Brás hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 0-1 became the score in the 31st minute when Hugo Alves elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Sebastião Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lúcio Azevedo having to interfere. SC Ceras's Lúcio Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Gueifão in the 42nd minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, SC Mioma's Miguel Gueifão sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lúcio Azevedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Gustavo Brás had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miguel Gueifão was the one to do the kick off. SC Mioma's David Viegas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Alves in the 53rd minute of play. Lúcio Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Gueifão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lúcio Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastião Ferreira in the 60th minute of play. Pedro Aleixo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. David Viegas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Miguel Gueifão put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Lúcio Azevedo. If Miguel Gueifão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Viegas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Alves in the 75th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Miguel Gueifão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lúcio Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Gueifão in the 84th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, SC Mioma's goalkeeper David Viegas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Aleixo. Sebastião Ferreira struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Lúcio Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Mioma. Pedro Aleixo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Viegas having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
