Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Joaquim Macedo made the kick off which started today's match. A collision led to Traveira getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. António Moutinho hit a great ball. Américo Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Macedo in the 5th minute of play. Rafael Mota made an important save on a dangerous shot by Óscar Esteves in the 14th minute. The audience was convinced that Rui Henriques's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rafael Mota was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Areias's Rafael Mota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Henriques in the 25th minute of play. Cláudio Abreu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rafael Mota. Areias's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 31st match minute, Areias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Oliveira to maneuver through the defense. Rafael Mota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Henriques in the 36th minute of play. Vítor Alves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rui Henriques to make the kick off. Óscar Esteves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Rafael Mota tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Areias fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 62nd minute. Penalty! Rafael Mota came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Traveira's Jorge Amaro. But to his dismay, Jorge Amaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 66 played minutes, Traveira's Jorge Amaro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rafael Mota came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Traveira reached it. In the 68th minute Óscar Esteves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Mota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Óscar Esteves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafael Mota having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Óscar Esteves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rafael Mota was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vítor Alves got free with Américo Araújo in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joaquim Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Américo Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82ndth minute of the game Joaquim Macedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Traveira's Américo Araújo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rui Henriques struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Rafael Mota didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Traveira. Rafael Mota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rui Henriques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rui Henriques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Rafael Mota tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafael Mota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Moniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute.
