Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when André Paiva got the match started through his kick off. Armindo Gomes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tiago Guarda during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Enguias FC's Tiago Guarda got a free kick in the 3rd minute. A collision led to Enguias FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Rui Santarém hit a great ball. SC Cais's Catarino Ferro couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 5th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Enguias FC. Rui Santarém charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rui Santarém the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Enguias FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Rui Santarém hit a great ball. André Paiva was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 9th minute. Enguias FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. André Barbosa kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. António Gonçalves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armindo Gomes in the 13th minute of play. André Paivas short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Jorge Machado to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of SC Cais booed when Enguias FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute of the match Catarino Ferro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but António Gonçalves skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of SC Cais booed when Enguias FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. António Gonçalves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mário Carneiro's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Mário Carneiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Adelino Borges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Armindo Gomes to make the kick off. 58 minutes into the game, João Andrade was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Enguias FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Cais the free kick. João Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Enguias FC's Adelino Borges got a free kick in the 59th minute. André Paiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Armindo Gomes kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. SC Cais's Jorge Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Paiva in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Armindo Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but António Gonçalves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Adelino Borges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. André Paiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Machado having to interfere. Adelino Borges blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Machado having to make a save. André Paiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Jorge Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SC Cais's Adolfo Leiria pulled a muscle in his leg after 86 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 86 minutes of play Enguias FC's João Andrade was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Enguias FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. João Andrade hit a great ball. Mário Carneiros short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got António Gonçalves to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 92 minutes of play, SC Cais's Mário Carneiro made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. António Gonçalves was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Adelino Borges came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Enguias FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adelino Borges couldn't finish the play. The SC Cais players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Enguias FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
