Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jorge Cardoso got the match started through his kick off. Jorge Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Garcia having to interfere. Joaquim Borba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abel Brás's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miguel Garcia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Vilas's Nuno Setúbal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Vilas from getting a goal against them. SC Casevel's Miguel Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Cardoso in the 12th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Joaquim Borba dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nuno Setúbal, 1-0. Miguel Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Cardoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 21st minute Joaquim Borba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Setúbal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, SC Casevel's Rodrigo Moniz got a free kick in the 27th minute. Joaquim Borba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vilas's Nuno Setúbal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Borba in the 38th minute of play. Gaspar Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Nuno Setúbal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Vilas's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Borba came free, but Nuno Setúbal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joaquim Borba to make the kick off. If Joaquim Borba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, SC Casevel's Miguel Garcia got control of the ball when Abel Brás tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nuno Setúbal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Borba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SC Casevel's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Jorge Cardoso scored to the left of an out of position Miguel Garcia, making the score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Leão in the 65th minute of play forced Vilas's goalkeeper Nuno Setúbal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Cardoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Miguel Garcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaspar Leão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Joaquim Borba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to SC Casevel getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. António Amorim hit a great ball. After having played for 81 minutes, Jorge Cardoso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vilas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Cardoso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abel Brás recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute, Raul Trindade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 92 minutes, Gaspar Leão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Casevel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaspar Leão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 93 minutes into the game, Joaquim Borba cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Nuno Setúbal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. SC Casevel walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
