Afonso Sá fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júlio Vale having to interfere. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Choutaria's goalkeeper Júlio Vale, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When %teams%'s Adelino Cardoso was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-0 just inside the left pole, 10 minutes into the game. Daniel Esteves was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. In the 13th minute, Gil Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 16 minutes, João Cardoso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Choutaria and the Gansaria players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Choutaria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Cardoso to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute Afonso Sá shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Adelino Cardoso took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Daniel Esteves to make any attempt to save it. Gaspar Fontes in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Esteves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristiano Cunha's late challenge caught a Choutaria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Gansaria's zone, Alfredo Assunção stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Esteves came out of the goal and Alfredo Assunção tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Choutaria were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Gansaria for a fine match.
