José Henriques hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Gueifão in the 9th minute of play forced SC Sistelos's goalkeeper Abel Valente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute Luís Assis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Eusébio Gueifão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abel Valente came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Bezeguimbra's Carlos Paredes. But to his dismay, Carlos Paredes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Vicente Aguiar struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Alexandre Almeida didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Sistelos. Vicente Aguiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Alexandre Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicente Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Almeida having to interfere. 32 minutes into the game, SC Sistelos's Luís Assis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexandre Almeida made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Carlos Paredes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SC Sistelos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Eusébio Gueifão scored to the left of an out of position Abel Valente, making the score, 2-1. Luís Assis succeeded in the game's 43rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eusébio Gueifão made a kick off. José Henriques's late challenge caught a SC Sistelos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Henriques helped the player get up and apologised. José Henriques hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the match, SC Sistelos's goal looked a bit too open when Eusébio Gueifão came free, but Abel Valente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rdth minute of the game Luís Assis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Bezeguimbra's Alexandre Almeida was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, SC Bezeguimbra's Jorge Cabral got a free kick in the 63rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in SC Bezeguimbra's zone, Vicente Aguiar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandre Almeida came out of the goal and Vicente Aguiar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Jorge Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 minutes, Sérgio Veiga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Sistelos and the SC Bezeguimbra players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to SC Sistelos getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Sérgio Veiga hit a great ball. If Carlos Paredes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Paredes scored 3-3 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abel Valente, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rui Veiga hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. SC Bezeguimbra's José Henriques got his second yellow card of the match in the 90th minute. The referee ordered José Henriques off the ground. Sérgio Veiga got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, SC Sistelos's Sérgio Veiga got a free kick in the 96th minute.
