An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Faro in the 25th minute of play forced Cabos's goalkeeper Joaquim Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Peroliva FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Alves came free, but Rui Moutinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
