After a rather tough play, Martinhos FC's Simão Freitas got a free kick in the 3rd minute. If Afonso Magalhães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes into the match, Martinhos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Abreu came free, but Cristóvão Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Rui Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Augusto Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute, Simão Freitas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gaspar Magalhães kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Afonso Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Cristóvão Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Augusto Abreu made a kick off. When Alfredo Vale came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Martinhos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredo Vale couldn't finish the play. Afonso Marques struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Amadeu Soares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Martinhos FC. In the 59th minute, Alfredo Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristóvão Carvalho made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Afonso Magalhães sent off a good shot on target. Afonso Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 64 minutes into the game, one of SC Alcochete:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Amadeu Soares had in the 66thth minute some difficulties stopping Álvaro Carneiro's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Amadeu Soares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Marques, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. If Augusto Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
