Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. António Leite started the match with the kick off. Vítor Fontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Gaspar Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 4 minutes, João Magalhães mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aveledo FC and the SC Videira players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aveledo FC's Gaspar Oliveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítor Fontes in the 7th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Cláudio Rocha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Videira fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 15th minute, António Leite fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Pedro Leão, passed just outside the right post. 18 minutes into the game, Vítor Fontes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Videira's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aveledo FC the free kick. In the 18th match minute, SC Videira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vítor Fontes to maneuver through the defense. Lourenço Maia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jorge Assis's late challenge caught a Aveledo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorge Assis helped the player get up and apologised. Jorge Assis kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the game, João Magalhães cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Pedro Leão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 27th minute Cláudio Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspar Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Moreira charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Moreira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 31 minutes into the match, SC Videira's goal looked a bit too open when António Leite came free, but Pedro Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. António Leite's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Leão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cláudio Rocha in the 41st minute of play forced Aveledo FC's goalkeeper Gaspar Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the match, SC Videira's goal looked a bit too open when António Leite came free, but Pedro Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from António Leite in the 48th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, António Leite put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Pedro Leão. When António Leite came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Aveledo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that António Leite couldn't finish the play. Cláudio Rocha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaspar Oliveira having to make a save. Pedro Leão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from António Leite went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After 71 minutes of play, Aveledo FC's João Magalhães made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Leão was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aveledo FC's Gaspar Oliveira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Aveledo FC from getting a goal against them. Cláudio Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Aveledo FC's goalkeeper Gaspar Oliveira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jorge Baptista, 85 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 90 minutes, Gabriel Maia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Videira and the Aveledo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th match minute, SC Videira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Maia to maneuver through the defense. Lourenço Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Leão having to interfere. Pedro Leão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lourenço Maia in the 94th minute of the match. Lourenço Maia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the SC Videira players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Aveledo FC.
