Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Rafael Esteves made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ajuda's goalkeeper Duarte Freitas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alexandre Resende was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rafael Esteves showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. When Rafael Moreira fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ajuda's protests and gave Rafael Moreira a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Piquete booed when Ajuda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Moreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodrigo Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rafael Esteves was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 17th minute. Ajuda's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Duarte Freitas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Viegas, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. The supporters of Piquete booed when Ajuda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Moreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodrigo Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duarte Freitas having to interfere. In the 32nd match minute, Ajuda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Freitas to maneuver through the defense. After 34 played minutes, Piquete's André Barros shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Duarte Freitas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Piquete reached it. Piquete's Adolfo Amaro got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rafael Esteves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Afonso Alves took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexandre Resende. Alexandre Resende dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaspar Viegas to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Piquete's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Esteves came free, but Alexandre Resende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomás Silva's late challenge caught a Ajuda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomás Silva helped the player get up and apologised. After 59 played minutes Piquete got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Silva. Pedro Freitas succeeded in the game's 60th minute to get real power on a long shot . Piquete's Alexandre Resende hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 3-0! Rodrigo Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Afonso Alves in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexandre Resende saved Piquete from getting behind. In the 83rd minute Gaspar Viegas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duarte Freitas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodrigo Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 86 minutes into the match, Ajuda's goalkeeper Duarte Freitas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodrigo Matos. Rodrigo Matos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Duarte Freitas firmly grabbed it by the left post. 89 minutes into the match, Ajuda's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Viegas came free, but Duarte Freitas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ajuda's zone, Rodrigo Matos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Duarte Freitas came out of the goal and Rodrigo Matos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ajuda were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Piquete for a fine match.
