The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francisco Rodrigues was the one to do the kick off. Pedro Aleixo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Almeida having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Pedro Aleixo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amoreiras's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Aleixo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafael Almeida breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rui Vieira struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Domingos Paredes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Folgosinho. Manuel Lima charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manuel Lima the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Amoreiras getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Manuel Lima hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Rodrigues in the 73rd minute of play forced Amoreiras's goalkeeper Domingos Paredes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rui Vieira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Domingos Paredes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Rui Vieira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rafael Almeida made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Pedro Aleixo sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Francisco Rodrigues's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Domingos Paredes was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. If Rui Vieira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Paulo Porto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 97 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Francisco Rodrigues sped through Amoreiras's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Domingos Paredes. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
