Lucas Gaspar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Domingues in the 23rd minute of the match. Sandro Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruno Andrade's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucas Gaspar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. After a rather tough play, SC Queirela's Simão Leal got a free kick in the 28th minute. Lucas Gaspar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandro Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. If Óscar Leiria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 44 played minutes Barroso got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Pinto. Óscar Leiria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sandro Ferreira made a kick off. Lucas Gaspar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandro Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Gabriel Domingues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th match minute, SC Queirela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lúcio Pires to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to SC Queirela getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Simão Leal hit a great ball. Diamantino Magalhães was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 58th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Óscar Leiria blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vítor Cardoso having to make a save. Vítor Cardoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Óscar Leiria's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Vítor Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Óscar Leiria in the 73rd minute of the match. Bernardo Figueiredo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 77th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Vítor Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filipe Oliveira in the 79th minute of the match. Óscar Leiria's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vítor Cardoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, SC Queirela's goal looked a bit too open when Sandro Ferreira came free, but Lucas Gaspar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sandro Ferreira received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lucas Gaspar came out and tried to block the shot, but Sandro Ferreira slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 84th minute. Sandro Ferreira struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Lucas Gaspar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barroso. A hard shot by Armindo Pires from long distance, 93 minutes into the match, got Lucas Gaspar's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side.
