Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Heitor Anjos made the kick off which started today's match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ricardo Dias during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ousseira's Ricardo Dias got a free kick in the 2nd minute. José Guarda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heitor Anjos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nuno Vaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristiano Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Freitas having to interfere. Nuno Freitas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavier Cabral in the 21st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Heitor Anjos in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Guarda saved Ousseira from getting behind. The Posinho FC fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Posinho FC's Heitor Anjos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jorge Mota could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but José Guarda made a huge save. In the 40th minute, Heitor Anjos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jorge Mota got free with José Guarda in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Posinho FC's Heitor Anjos got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
In the 54th minute Xavier Cabral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Freitas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Guarda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Mota in the 57th minute of the match. José Guarda came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Posinho FC's Heitor Anjos. But to his dismay, Heitor Anjos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. André Almeida took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Guarda. José Guarda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heitor Anjos in the 72nd minute of play forced Ousseira's goalkeeper José Guarda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Guarda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heitor Anjos, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavier Cabral in the 82nd minute of play forced Posinho FC's goalkeeper Nuno Freitas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Xavier Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristiano Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Ousseira's Xavier Cabral dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-2. In the 96th minute, Jorge Mota got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ousseira players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Posinho FC.
