Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Xavier Cabral got the match started through his kick off. José Guarda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Porto in the 4th minute of the match. José Guarda came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Vaqueiros's Pedro Mota. But to his dismay, Pedro Mota quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Abel Porto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. António Delgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavier Cabral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristiano Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristiano Cardoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. António Delgado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abel Porto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Guarda having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Pedro Mota made a precise shot to the right of José Guarda. Ousseira's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Ousseira's zone, Pedro Mota stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Guarda came out of the goal and Pedro Mota tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Cristiano Cardoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Ousseira booed when SC Vaqueiros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Magalhães didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro Mota to make the kick off. José Guarda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Mota in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Mota in the 61st minute of play forced Ousseira's goalkeeper José Guarda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Guarda didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 64th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. In the 77th minute Pedro Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Guarda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavier Cabral in the 79th minute of play forced SC Vaqueiros's goalkeeper António Delgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 80 minutes of play, Ousseira's Cristiano Cardoso made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. António Delgado was left in no man's land by his defense there! António Delgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Cardoso in the 88th minute of the match. Cristiano Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in SC Vaqueiros's zone, Xavier Cabral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. António Delgado came out of the goal and Xavier Cabral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. SC Vaqueiros's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
