Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hélder Matias got the match started through his kick off. Ricardo Leiria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ricardo Leiria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in SC Bugalho's zone, Alexandre Fontes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquim Porto came out of the goal and Alexandre Fontes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Manuel Castro fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Conlela FC's protests and gave Manuel Castro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th minute, Manuel Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Mendes's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Cristóvão Soares - 0-1 was put on the score board in the 9th minute. After a defensive mix-up in SC Bugalho's zone, Ricardo Leiria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquim Porto came out of the goal and Ricardo Leiria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristóvão Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hélder Matias in the 15th minute of the match. When SC Bugalho's Óscar Resende in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Conlela FC's goalie prevented a goal. 21 minutes into the game, Óscar Resende cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Cristóvão Soares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alexandre Fontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Hélder Matias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristóvão Soares was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. The supporters of SC Bugalho booed when Conlela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Machado didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 36 minutes into the game, when Emanuel Soares put in a rough tackle. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Conlela FC! Óscar Resende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristóvão Soares having to interfere. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Conlela FC's goalkeeper Cristóvão Soares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half SC Bugalho were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alexandre Fontes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Óscar Resendes short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Cristóvão Soares to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Conlela FC's zone, Óscar Resende stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristóvão Soares came out of the goal and Óscar Resende tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Óscar Resende could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Cristóvão Soares made a huge save. After 64 minutes, Cândido Borba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Bugalho and the Conlela FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 64 played minutes SC Bugalho got a freekick which was hit by Cândido Borba. Joaquim Porto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Fontes in the 65th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Pedro Correia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 72 minutes, Abel Monteiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Bugalho and the Conlela FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, SC Bugalho's Abel Monteiro got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Conlela FC's Alexandre Fontes got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 77 minutes into the match, Conlela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hélder Matias came free, but Cristóvão Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, José Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was beautiful to see Conlela FC's Afonso Antunes in action when he in the 81st minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! If Óscar Resende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the match, Conlela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hélder Matias came free, but Cristóvão Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Conlela FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SC Bugalho's performance. The match ended with a win for SC Bugalho.
