Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hélder Matias started the match with the kick off. Miguel Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 6 minutes, Joel Aleixo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Codeceda FC and the SC Bugalho players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th minute, Joel Aleixo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernando Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Porto having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Óscar Resende could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Pedro Miranda however easily saved by the left post. Joaquim Porto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from António Antunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hélder Matias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Miranda having to interfere. After 33 played minutes Codeceda FC got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Teixeira. 0-1 became the score in the 45th minute when Fernando Veiga elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Óscar Resende sped through Codeceda FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Miranda. The crowd rose to their feet as Fernando Veiga kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joaquim Porto. That made the score 1-2 in the 57 minute of play. Joaquim Porto was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Fernando Veiga capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fernando Veiga really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. In the 66thth minute of the game Óscar Resende who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Codeceda FC's Pedro Miranda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Óscar Resende in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Miranda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Hélder Matias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélder Matias in the 72nd minute of play. With his leg Joaquim Porto managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Codeceda FC's António Antunes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Óscar Resende managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Bugalho's supporters rose to their feet, but Óscar Resende was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Miranda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cândido Borba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Miranda having to interfere. Miguel Freitas kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match.
