Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Américo Castro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Rafael Oliveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Magalhães having to interfere. After some careless play in the Aventeira defense, Rafael Oliveira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joaquim Magalhães. The Aventeira fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquim Magalhães should have stopped the shot. After 11 played minutes Cavenca got a freekick which was hit by Gil Monteiro. After 14th play minutes David Pinho shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Manuel Resende and just under the crossbar into goal. Joaquim Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Américo Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. With his leg Joaquim Magalhães managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Cavenca's Rafael Oliveira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuel Neto during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emanuel Neto kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Rafael Oliveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafael Oliveira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joaquim Magalhães having to make a save. If David Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Cavenca's André Ramos got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute, António Leão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manuel Resende was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Afonso Freitas kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. If David Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Cavenca's goal looked a bit too open when David Pinho came free, but Manuel Resende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Cavenca players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Aventeira were winning 1-2.

Rafael Oliveira struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Joaquim Magalhães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cavenca. After 56 minutes, Fernando Paiva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aventeira and the Cavenca players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fernando Paiva kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Joaquim Magalhães didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Américo Castro went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 64th match minute, Aventeira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Neto to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Cavenca getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Gil Monteiro hit a great ball. António Leão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manuel Resende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Pinho in the 80th minute of play. 83 minutes in the game, António Leão fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Manuel Resende having to interfere. Manuel Resende stood somewhat misplaced when António Leão came free in front of goal and shot 2-3 to the left of him in the 87 minute. If António Leão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Aventeira left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cavenca.
