Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rafael Veiga started the match with the kick off. Afonso Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice moves João Esteves could shoot a difficult shot in the 9th minute, which Catarino Sousa however easily saved by the left post. Logocem's Joel Paredes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Macedo in the 12th minute of play. Rafael Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Catarino Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joel Paredes came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Bolhos FC's Rui Macedo. But to his dismay, Rui Macedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Rafael Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Catarino Sousa having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Bolhos FC's zone, Rafael Veiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Catarino Sousa came out of the goal and Rafael Veiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eduardo Coimbra's late challenge caught a Logocem's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eduardo Coimbra helped the player get up and apologised. João Esteves succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 36th playminute. Joel Paredes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Macedo in the 42nd minute of the match. Rui Macedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Paredes having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Afonso Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bolhos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Afonso Rocha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Paredes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Logocem's goalkeeper Joel Paredes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Logocem's Joel Paredes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonso Rocha in the 49th minute of play.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rui Macedo was the one to do the kick off. Mariano Carneiro charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 57th play minute Afonso Rocha came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Joel Paredes. 1-2. Catarino Sousa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Esteves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 85 minutes, Afonso Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bolhos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Afonso Rocha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
