Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, SC Paz's Emanuel Ferreira got a free kick in the 4th minute. Cristiano Ramos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Cristiano Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute Jaime Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristiano Esteves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Ramos in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of SC Paz booed when Gafete was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Leiria didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Gafete's goalkeeper Daniel Maia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastião Amaral. 22 minutes into the game, Sebastião Amaral recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Daniel Maia. Sebastião Amaral showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Cristiano Esteves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Ramos in the 33rd minute of play. If Filipe Guarda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Ramos in the 37th minute of play forced SC Paz's goalkeeper Cristiano Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 38 played minutes SC Paz got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Ferreira. If Filipe Guarda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaime Figueiredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Maia having to interfere. After 43 minutes of play, SC Paz's Sebastião Amaral made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Maia was left in no man's land by his defense there! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Filipe Guarda was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Jaime Figueiredo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 53rd minute, Sebastião Amaral made a precise shot to the right of Daniel Maia. Gafete's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Pedro Delgado kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Sebastião Amaral scored 4-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Daniel Maia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jaime Figueiredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the match, Gafete's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Figueiredo came free, but Daniel Maia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristiano Ramos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristiano Esteves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute Gafete were awarded a corner. Cristiano Tavares went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Cristiano Tavares almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SC Paz's Cristiano Esteves did a great save. Cristiano Ramos struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Cristiano Esteves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gafete. If Sebastião Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. SC Paz had won after a very even match.
