Camarnal's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomás Domingues was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Miranda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Camarnal's Lourenço Maia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Mota in the 60th minute of play. The supporters of SC Vizeu booed when Camarnal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Tavares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vicente Borges hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match.
