Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Inácio Moura started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Manuel Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Lajinhas FC's Jorge Faro threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Manuel Cabral, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. David Freitas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Assunção having to interfere. Lajinhas FC's David Assunção played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Freitas in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute Inácio Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Assunção saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th match minute, Lajinhas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Faro to maneuver through the defense. David Assunção showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Freitas in the 19th minute of the match. After having played for 21 minutes, Paulo Esteves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lajinhas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulo Esteves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 25th play minutes David Freitas shot 0-1, a short shot which went by David Assunção and just under the crossbar into goal. Adelino Matos kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. SC Almaceda's Jorge Faro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Cabral in the 37th minute of play. Adelino Matos hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. David Assunção stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Freitas's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Cristiano Rodrigues charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristiano Rodrigues the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cristiano Rodrigues kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After the first half SC Almaceda were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 51st minute, Manuel Cabral ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorge Faro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 56 minutes into the match, Lajinhas FC's Paulo Esteves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jorge Faro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Paulo Esteves struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Jorge Faro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lajinhas FC. David Assunção stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Inácio Moura's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Jorge Faro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Cabral, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 71st minute, Abel Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Paulo Esteves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Faro was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. David Assunção took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inácio Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute of the match, David Freitas got a very nice opportunity to score, but David Assunção was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. David Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Esteves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Jorge Faro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 played minutes SC Almaceda got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Pereira. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristiano Figueiredo during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Lajinhas FC booed when SC Almaceda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristiano Figueiredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. SC Almaceda's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
