If Gonçalo Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vassal FC's Bento Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Moura in the 9th minute of play. In the 12th minute of the match, Gonçalo Lopes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Carlos Pinto saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Cláudio Branco hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Vassal FC's Gonçalo Lopes got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vítor Pereira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Pinto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacinto Porto in the 20th minute. If Abel Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute Gonçalo Lopes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Pinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacinto Porto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Pinto having to interfere. Bento Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Moura in the 37th minute of play. Gonçalo Lopes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Pinto having to interfere. Jacinto Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Carlos Pinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Abel Brito ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bento Araújo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The Vassal FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lograsso FC were winning 0-1.
The wind increased when Alexandre Moura made the kick off in the second half. Afonso Araújo shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Abel Brito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Bento Araújo made a huge save. If Abel Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Pinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Lopes in the 71st minute of play. If Gonçalo Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Faro hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Vassal FC's Afonso Araújo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 94th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Lograsso FC. Vassal FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
