A nice corner shot did that Paulo Pinho got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Joel Barros quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Marco Pires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Aleixo having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Vargelas FC's goalkeeper Ricardo Aleixo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adolfo Aleixo. In the 94th minute, Vicente Soares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Vargelas FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Codes FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
