A wasted opportunity for Fouto FC. Henrique Porto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joaquim Viana in the 7th minute. When Abel Pacheco fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fouto FC's protests and gave Abel Pacheco a yellow card for diving instead. Abel Pacheco kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute of the match Diogo Pinto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugo Monteiro skillfully saved the ball. Adelino Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrique Porto having to interfere. Pombaria's Henrique Porto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adelino Lima in the 17th minute of play. When Joaquim Viana in the 23rd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Henrique Porto kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Henrique Porto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adelino Lima in the 34th minute of the match. If Adelino Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Fouto FC booed when Pombaria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Baptista didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adelino Lima to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Azevedo in the 52nd minute of play forced Fouto FC's goalkeeper Hugo Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adelino Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Henrique Porto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Manuel Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Monteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Monteiro made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Domingos Nogueira sent off a good shot on target. Fouto FC were furious when Emílio Moura was red carded, 79 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Fouto FC:s Hugo Monteiro showed great skill when he stopped Diogo Pinto:s penalty. Hugo Monteiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Domingos Nogueira in the 85th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Jaime Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot.
