Paulo Pedroso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Miranda in the 82nd minute of play. In the 94th minute of the match, Jorge Leite tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but João Dias saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Toubres were victorious despite being under pressure from SC Ribafeita for much of the match.
