Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Nevogilde FC's Nuno Gomes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Luís Jesus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Álvaro Nascimento in the 3rd minute of play. Álvaro Nascimento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Luís Jesus made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Luís Jesus successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Sandro Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sandro Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duarte Mota having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nuno Gomes in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Duarte Mota saved Sisimbra FC from getting behind. Sandro Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Sandro Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nevogilde FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sandro Rocha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Duarte Mota breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nevogilde FC's Nuno Gomes got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, Sisimbra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sandro Rocha came free, but Duarte Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sisimbra FC's David Gueifão got a free kick in the 26th minute. Duarte Mota stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nuno Gomes's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute, Álvaro Nascimento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Duarte Mota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandro Rocha in the 33rd minute of play. After having played for 37 minutes, Sandro Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nevogilde FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sandro Rocha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sandro Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duarte Mota having to interfere. Duarte Mota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandro Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Daniel Delgado made the kick off in the second half. Álvaro Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Jesus having to interfere. In the 58th minute Álvaro Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Jesus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Sisimbra FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sandro Rocha fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Duarte Mota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuno Gomes, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After having played for 74 minutes, Álvaro Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sisimbra FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Álvaro Nascimento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sisimbra FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sandro Rocha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 82nd minute, Nuno Gomes fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Nuno Gomes, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 96 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Duarte Mota was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Duarte Ferro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nevogilde FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Sisimbra FC to leave the ground with a draw.
