Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gabriel Reis kicked off to start the match. Sebastião Rodrigues blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vítor Martins having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Reis in the 8th minute of play forced Jagardo's goalkeeper Vítor Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Aleixo hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 12thth minute of the game Miguel Faria who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pontes's Carlos Campos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. António Marques did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Carlos Campos 14 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute, Diamantino Leiria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute Miguel Faria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Campos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Campos made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when António Marques sent off a good shot on target. After 24 played minutes Pontes got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Aleixo. Gabriel Reis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Jagardo's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastião Rodrigues came free, but Vítor Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Pontes's zone, Miguel Faria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Campos came out of the goal and Miguel Faria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Faria in the 34th minute of play forced Pontes's goalkeeper Carlos Campos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Campos made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when António Marques sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Jagardo's António Marques got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Miguel Faria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Carlos Campos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Miguel Faria left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jagardo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 60 minutes into the match, Jagardo's Miguel Faria sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Campos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gabriel Reis struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Vítor Martins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pontes. In the 64th minute, Gabriel Reis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 68 minutes of play, Pontes's Gabriel Reis made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vítor Martins was left in no man's land by his defense there! António Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. António Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Carlos Campos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Campos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Faria's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Fábio Neto hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After 90 played minutes Pontes got a freekick which was hit by Simão Gomes. The audience was convinced that Gabriel Reis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vítor Martins was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pontes players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Jagardo.
