João Faria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Miranda in the 3rd minute of play. SC Mindel's João Faria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heitor Gaspar in the 4th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Heitor Gaspar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Faria was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Jaime Miranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fábio Vieira hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heitor Gaspar in the 18th minute of play forced SC Mindel's goalkeeper João Faria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Baptista charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucas Baptista the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd match minute, SC Mindel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Baptista to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Silvaldinho FC booed when SC Mindel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandro Monteiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Heitor Gaspar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. João Faria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Silvaldinho FC's Rui Sá got control of the ball when Paulo Cruz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 34th match minute, Silvaldinho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sérgio Silva to maneuver through the defense. João Faria came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Silvaldinho FC's Heitor Gaspar. But to his dismay, Heitor Gaspar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Heitor Gaspar to make the kick off. Heitor Gaspar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, SC Mindel's João Faria got control of the ball when Jaime Miranda tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sandro Monteiro kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. If Paulo Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Barros in the 95th minute of play forced Silvaldinho FC's goalkeeper Rui Sá to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th minute, Fábio Vieira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Silvaldinho FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SC Mindel.
