Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cando FC's Ricardo Ramos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marco Carvalho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abel Oliveira having to make a save. Hélder Coelho hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Sérgio Resende managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seixos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sérgio Resende was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abel Oliveira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute Ricardo Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Pinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Inácio Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sérgio Resende received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Abel Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfredo Pinto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vítor Martins in the 27th minute. After 27 played minutes Vítor Martins rounded Seixos FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. In the 34th minute Ricardo Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Pinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Ricardo Ramos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfredo Pinto. The goal made the score 3-0. After a rather tough play, Cando FC's Rogério Brás got a free kick in the 39th minute. Sérgio Resende might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abel Oliveira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sérgio Resende ran back to his position shaking his head. Abel Oliveira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marco Carvalho went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Rogério Lima hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sérgio Resende to make the kick off. Sérgio Resende struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Abel Oliveira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Seixos FC. The attack was good, but when Sérgio Resende in the 62nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Abel Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sérgio Resende in the 64th minute of the match. When Vítor Martins came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Cando FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vítor Martins couldn't finish the play. Rogério Brás kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Inácio Abreu's late challenge caught a Cando FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Inácio Abreu helped the player get up and apologised. Ricardo Ramos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Alfredo Pinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Marco Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rogério Lima blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abel Oliveira having to make a save. Marco Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. António Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Alfredo Pinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Ramos in the 96th minute of the match. 98 minutes into the match, Seixos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Martins came free, but Alfredo Pinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Cando FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Seixos FC for much of the match.
