Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 14 minutes into the game, Rogério Fontes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Rodas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Umbria the free kick. Rogério Fontes kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After 15 played minutes, SC Umbria's Xavier Leal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Basílio Assunção came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SC Umbria reached it. Rui Viegas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Domingues having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, SC Umbria's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Freitas came free, but José Domingues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SC Rodas's Manuel Freitas got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rogério Guerreiro charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rogério Guerreiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rogério Guerreiro kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristiano Guerreiro in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Basílio Assunção saved SC Rodas from getting behind. José Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Basílio Assunção tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rui Viegas got free with José Domingues in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

52 minutes into the match, SC Umbria's goal looked a bit too open when Cândido Magalhães came free, but José Domingues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute SC Umbria were awarded a corner. Xavier Leal went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on SC Umbria's corner Xavier Leal fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Basílio Assunção quite easily take care of the ball. In the 60th minute of the match, José Macedo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Basílio Assunção was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 63rd minute, SC Umbria's Cristiano Guerreiro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Basílio Assunção. Basílio Assunção yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. José Domingues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Freitas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If José Macedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute, Cândido Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 97 minutes into the match, SC Rodas's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Guerreiro came free, but Basílio Assunção reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The SC Umbria players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented SC Rodas from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
