Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Alapraia FC's zone, Afonso Araújo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rui Barros came out of the goal and Afonso Araújo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rui Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Araújo, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Afonso Araújo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Rui Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Chamoinha's goalkeeper João Pacheco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albertino Marques. Afonso Araújo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rui Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Ramos in the 32nd minute of play. João Pacheco was a little too slow when Sérgio Henriques got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 2-0. The supporters of Chamoinha booed when Alapraia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Lopes didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sérgio Henriques to strike the kick off in the second half. Jorge Ramos came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rui Barros could save by the left post. In the 56th play minute Jorge Ramos came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rui Barros. 3-1. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Afonso Araújo took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Rui Barros to make any attempt to save it. In the 65th of the match, Afonso Araújo tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Rui Barros got in the way and made a wonderful save. Afonso Araújo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Barros having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Sérgio Henriques made a precise shot to the right of João Pacheco. Chamoinha's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. In the 73rd minute, Jorge Ramos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rui Barros was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. After 78 minutes, Francisco Lopes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alapraia FC and the Chamoinha players grew even worse after the yellow card. Francisco Lopes kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. The long shot by Álvaro Melo in the 79th minute really tested Rui Barros's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. An unexpected shot in the 82nd minute by Jorge Ramos got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.
