Rogério Correia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Catarino Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 9 minutes, Sebastião Sá managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buarcos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastião Sá was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in SC Pobral's zone, Mariano Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Catarino Leão came out of the goal and Mariano Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Mariano Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Pinheiro in the 32nd minute of play forced Buarcos FC's goalkeeper André Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 played minutes SC Pobral got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Pinheiro. Mariano Santos in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Catarino Leão, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Augusto Oliveira struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. André Rocha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Pobral. Fábio Setúbal charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fábio Setúbal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fábio Setúbal kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Santos got free with Catarino Leão in the 49th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastião Sá to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Buarcos FC's André Rocha got control of the ball when Augusto Oliveira tried to sneak it across the goal line. 58 minutes into the game, Augusto Oliveira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of André Rocha. Augusto Oliveira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. In the 77th minute, Rogério Correia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SC Pobral's Catarino Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastião Sá in the 81st minute of play. Rogério Correia hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Augusto Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. André Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Augusto Oliveira's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
