Senra's Eusébio Pires got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlos Bessa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bento Setúbal in the 18th minute of the match. Feiteira FC's Jorge Paredes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Barros in the 19th minute of play. If Gustavo Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Bessa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Vaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manuel Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Paredes having to interfere. Inácio Aleixo's late challenge caught a Senra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Inácio Aleixo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Senra booed when Feiteira FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inácio Aleixo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jorge Paredes came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Senra's Eusébio Pires. But to his dismay, Eusébio Pires quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Carlos Bessa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Vaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Manuel Barros stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Senra's Manuel Barros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jorge Paredes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carlos Bessa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bento Setúbal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bento Setúbal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Carlos Bessa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
