Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when João Vale got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, Talasnas FC's José Leal got control of the ball when Daniel Almeida tried to sneak it across the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Guetim FC's goal looked a bit too open when João Vale came free, but Simão Guarda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rogério Nascimento hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Simão Guarda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Vale in the 9th minute of play. When Nuno Soares came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Guetim FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nuno Soares couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nuno Soares in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Leal saved Talasnas FC from getting behind. João Vale succeeded in the game's 17th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Daniel Almeida's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but José Leal firmly grabbed it by the left post. 24 minutes into the game, Rui Dantas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Talasnas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guetim FC the free kick. In the 24th match minute, Talasnas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Dantas to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Almeidas short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got José Leal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Simão Guarda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Moura in the 34th minute of the match. Ricardo Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Nuno Soares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Daniel Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nuno Soares made a kick off. Talasnas FC's José Leal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Soares in the 51st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Talasnas FC's Rui Dantas got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Luís Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Simão Guarda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Leal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nuno Soares went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Daniel Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Leal having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Talasnas FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 72nd minute. Penalty! 77 minutes into the game, Joel Branco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Talasnas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guetim FC the free kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nuno Soares in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Leal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daniel Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. José Leal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 84 minutes of play Talasnas FC's Rui Dantas was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuno Soares in the 86th minute of play forced Talasnas FC's goalkeeper José Leal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Talasnas FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Inácio Veiga hit a great ball. João Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manuel Viana during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Talasnas FC booed when Guetim FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Viana didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was a well-played corner which Ricardo Carvalho managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
