Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joaquim Pereira started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Pontido getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Álvaro Coelho hit a great ball. Diogo Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. José Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogo Neves in the 10th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Enchecamas's João Brás nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlos Moura made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When Amadeu Dias fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Enchecamas's protests and gave Amadeu Dias a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Enchecamas getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Amadeu Dias hit a great ball. After 26 played minutes Pontido got a freekick which was hit by Óscar Oliveira. After 28 played minutes Pontido got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro Coelho. Carlos Moura acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 29th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Fernando Antunes. Enchecamas's Fernando Antunes spiked a well placed long shot which went just inside the left pole, with no chance at all for Carlos Moura. Resulting in a 2-0 score after 29 minutes. Enchecamas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Paulo Rodrigues ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Pontido's Paulo Rodrigues to fire away a dangerous shot which José Vieira despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nuno Leão made a kick off. João Brás blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Moura having to make a save. In the 57th minute, Nuno Leão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 59th match minute, Pontido was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Almeida to maneuver through the defense. Enchecamas's José Vieira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Pereira in the 61st minute of play. Diogo Neves took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Vieira. José Vieira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. José Vieira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joaquim Pereira's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. 72 minutes into the match, Enchecamas's Nuno Leão sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Moura narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Pontido getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Álvaro Coelho hit a great ball. Carlos Moura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Brás, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. João Brás recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute Joaquim Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Vieira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Vieira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Pereira in the 89th minute of the match. In the 92nd match minute, Pontido was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Álvaro Coelho to maneuver through the defense. Pontido's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
