When Rui Queirós fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carrapatas's protests and gave Rui Queirós a yellow card for diving instead. After 3 played minutes Carrapatas got a freekick which was hit by Rui Queirós. Tiago Alves's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 4thth minute, Eduardo Ramos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 5th match minute, Carrapatas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Pinto to maneuver through the defense. SC Cabecais's Paulo Aleixo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Nunes in the 10th minute of play. Paulo Aleixo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Nunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruno Nunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiago Paredes hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Eduardo Ramos acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 31st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Pedro Santos. Bento Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34th minute, Tiago Paredes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eduardo Ramos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tiago Alves in the 36th minute. Carrapatas's Eduardo Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bento Lima in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Bento Lima fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Eduardo Ramos, passed just outside the right post. Tiago Alves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Eduardo Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Carrapatas's zone, Bento Lima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Ramos came out of the goal and Bento Lima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bento Lima made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiago Alves in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eduardo Ramos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 62nd minute, Tiago Alves made a precise shot to the right of Eduardo Ramos. Carrapatas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 66th minute of the game. One of SC Cabecais:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Carrapatas:s goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bento Lima in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eduardo Ramos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75th match minute, Carrapatas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Pinto to maneuver through the defense. Eduardo Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Alves, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Carrapatas's Eduardo Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bento Lima in the 82nd minute of play. If Bento Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artur Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Aleixo having to interfere. After 93 played minutes Carrapatas got a freekick which was hit by Armindo Tavares. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
