David Valente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filipe Paiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Campises's Rafael Tavares got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the game, Xavier Andrade was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Livramendo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Campises the free kick. Xavier Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Gabriel Dias hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Campises's Marco Valente couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 27th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SC Livramendo. Diogo Pinho struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Amílcar Gonçalves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Campises. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Campises booed when SC Livramendo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Humberto Jesus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Amílcar Gonçalves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cláudio Miranda, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute.
