Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paulo Azevedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Albertino Branco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Azevedo in the 52nd minute of the match. After 85 played minutes, Silveiras's Eusébio Nunes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Albertino Branco came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Silveiras reached it. Paulo Leite made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfredo Rodrigues in the 88th minute.
