Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, David Fonseca took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Afonso Amaro to make any attempt to save it. David Fonseca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 13 minutes into the match, Selao's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Moura came free, but Daniel Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 played minutes Selao got a freekick which was hit by Óscar Gueifão. Joel Moura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Fonseca was extremely unlucky when he, in the 29th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Hugo Matias came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Selao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Matias couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute David Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonso Amaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Pomarao's goal looked a bit too open when David Fonseca came free, but Afonso Amaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugo Matias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Amaro having to interfere. Daniel Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diogo Reis hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Moura was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Selao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vítor Mendes to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogério Luz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Afonso Amaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Heitor Guarda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Afonso Amaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Fonseca in the 72nd minute of the match. Vítor Reis hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Afonso Amaro came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Selao's David Fonseca. But to his dismay, David Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 85 minutes, Vítor Reis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pomarao and the Selao players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Selao booed when Pomarao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítor Reis didn't get a good kick on the ball.
