Diamantino Magalhães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cláudio Castro having to interfere. If Cristiano Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diamantino Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Cláudio Castro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute Cristiano Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diamantino Magalhães recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristiano Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustavo Carneiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diamantino Resende in the 22nd minute of the match. Cláudio Castro stood somewhat misplaced when Cristiano Santos came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 26 minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diamantino Resende in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustavo Carneiro saved Rola from getting behind. When Joaquim Lisboa fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rola's protests and gave Joaquim Lisboa a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Rola getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Joaquim Lisboa hit a great ball. Gustavo Carneiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eusébio Cruz went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 38 played minutes Sacario FC got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Ferro. After having played for 41 minutes, Cristiano Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristiano Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Cristiano Santos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cláudio Castro was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game.
