Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Melo in the 11th minute of play forced SC Alvendre's goalkeeper António Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Postimiao booed when SC Alvendre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lúcio Machado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Postimiao's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by André Leal in the 17th minute. The corner ended in André Leal almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SC Alvendre's António Queirós did a great save. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Postimiao's goalkeeper Artur Sá, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Filipe Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute André Rodrigues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but António Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 played minutes SC Alvendre got a freekick which was hit by Joel Magalhães. After having played for 36 minutes, André Rodrigues managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Postimiao's supporters crossed their fingers, but André Rodrigues was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Artur Sá showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heitor Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as SC Alvendre's Heitor Ferreira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Artur Sá. That made the score 1-1 after 43 minutes of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Emanuel Melo made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Postimiao's goalkeeper Artur Sá, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 54 minutes into the game, Bento Moreira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Postimiao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Alvendre the free kick. Bento Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Cândido Pires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. António Queirós tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Postimiao's André Rodrigues sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that António Queirós narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Artur Sá took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heitor Ferreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
