Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Vítor Cunha started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Vítor Cunha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amílcar Domingues read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. André Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Mendes in the 10th minute of play. André Vale didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emílio Fonseca went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Emílio Fonseca took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised André Vale. André Vale dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, Amonde's Américo Leite got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 27th minute, Emílio Fonseca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. André Vale was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. If Nuno Bessa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute of the match Viriato Gonçalves sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but André Vale skillfully saved the ball. Daniel Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. André Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute of the match Viriato Gonçalves shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but André Vale showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Emílio Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nuno Bessa during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of SC Gaiate booed when Amonde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuno Bessa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emílio Fonseca to make the kick off. In the 68thth minute of the game Emílio Fonseca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Amonde's André Vale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the match, SC Gaiate's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Cunha came free, but Amílcar Domingues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
